Buster Poindexter

David Johansen, of the New York Dolls, has dusted off his lounge performer persona, and he is top form! Thirty years since the first of four Buster Poindexter albums, and twenty years since the last one, Buster has aged like a fine wine, performing with a four-piece band (guitar, standup bass, drums, upright piano, plus his harmonica for at least one song), and knocking his own socks off.
