Stockton is Kirk Brandon's second home. Another return after many previous sell out shows from Kirk solo, with Theatre of Hate and Spear of Destiny. A great night is guaranteed.

Spear Of Destiny first appeared on the scene back in 1983 fronted by Kirk Brandon after the break up of his previous band Theatre Of Hate.

Their debut album "Grapes of Wrath" from 1983 featured the anthemic single "The Wheel". 1984's follow up LP "One Eyed Jacks" featured the singles "Prisoner of Love" and "Liberator" which are live favourties to this day. 1985's "World Service" cemented the band's reputation but it was 1987's "Outland" album featuring the top 20 single "Never Take Me Alive" which widened the band's audience. It was this year that Spear of Destiny supported U2 at Wembley Stadium.

2018 sees the release of a new Spear of Destiny album "Tontine" released in April and available to pre order on line now.

Spear of Destiny have always been known for their dynamic live shows. Book your tickets today to see one of the UK's finest live groups.

Very good, really intimate venue. Had real glass glasses good beer good set. Some old some new and some classics. Kirk was more interactive with the crowd than usual. Only spoilt by lack of atmosphere by 1. Crowd too small and 2. The current fashion of filming the entire set by half of the audience.

Twenty seven years since I last saw them, and still showed they are one of the most under-rated of bands. From the opening song of Rainmaker to the rousing three song encore, they kept the audience enthralled throughout the entire show. Songs from the new album 31 were warmly received, particularly Titanium Man. Drove two hours to get to this gig, and so glad I did! Next time Kirk's in your town, don't miss him........
