Brett Hendrix Music

From the bar rooms and dancehalls to the big festival stages, Brett Hendrix puts on an energetic show every time he hits the stage. Brett has moved to Northern Colorado and now is building a fan base out of Fort Collins and the rest of the Rocky Mountains.

Brett Hendrix is a Singer/Songwriter whose style is derived from his Blues and Southern Rock roots. Brett began teaching himself to play guitar at the age of nine. With the influence of music from his father and brother, his spark for music came alive shortly after he started playing. By age twelve he was playing on talent show stages and sitting in with the bands his brother played with all around Central Texas. At age fourteen, Brett along with a few others formed the Brett Hendrix Band. Shortly after this Brett started writing music and it was predominantly a Texas Country style with a singer songwriter edge and blues guitar background. So the band went from playing blues and classic rock to a wide range of Country, Texas Country, and Blues/Rock. Brett Hendrix Band won the RedCTV Best of Country Series back in 2011. After with the winnings of the competition they recorded a demo and a music video "Small Town Texas". Since the band formed in 2009, Brett has taken the band across Texas and Oklahoma. In 2018 Brett played his Side Show Acoustic Tour across 28 states and 52 shows in just 60 days. From July 2018-October 2021, Brett was on the road as a sideman for two different national acts. He is currently getting ready to release new music throughout 2023 and steadily touring to support those releases.
