Dichotomy- Denver

Dichotomy was founded in September 2016 by vocalist Javier Laureano in Denver, Colorado. Having recorded a 5 song demo mostly by himself, this proved to be enough to recruit guitarist Roman Maluski and drummer John Jones soon thereafter. After several unsuccessful attempts at finding a bassist, the band finally agreed to terms with Josh Davis. The meaning behind the name fits the music perfectly- having melodic verses, followed by aggressive choruses.

Each musician is vastly experienced, but also a multi- instrumentalist songwriter. This has accelerated the songwriting process, as the band already has enough material for a full length album. Some of their influences include: A Perfect Circle, Deftones, and Chevelle. With a few shows already played, the band is looking to expand its fan base, record an E.P. as soon as possible, and consequently tour.
