Good Morning Bedlam is performing at GrassLands Brewing Company! Good Morning Bedlam's show is an explosion of energy with soaring harmonies, a banjo player that scissor-kicks in the air, a string bass that will shake your chest, and a beat that will have your foot stomping through the floor. Every song is a unique twist on what is generally dubbed as folk music. One moment they are blasting through a jubilant bluegrass tune, headbanging and careening around the stage, and in the next, Sophia, their fiddler is dancing the Charleston during what can only be described as a modern folk swing dance song. Isaak and Victoria were fantastic! Can't wait to see them again. They will be performing at the Shawano Folk Music Festival on August 10 & 11, 2024 at Mielke Park in Shawano, WI. I hope they will share a little more about themselves and their music. It was a great show. The sound was very good. The place was friendly and welcoming. I sat right in the front row and loved every minute of it!

Good Morning Bedlam Biography

Good Morning Bedlam is a folk-rock duo from Minneapolis, MN made up of Isaak and Tori Elker. Their shows are known for their wild energy and stunning harmonies. Winners of first-place title at the John Hartford Memorial Festival Band Competition, and finalists at the NWSS Band Competition. GMB has played at festivals alongside artists such as Shakey Graves, Sam Bush, Jason Isbell, The Infamous Stringdusters, Trampled By Turtles and others. In 2021 GMB ran a successful Kickstarter for their much anticipated third full-length record ‘Lulu’ where fans from around the world pledged a total of $34,000. GMB has been featured on Bluegrass Today, Relix Magazine, Glide Magazine, and Paste Magazine. Now in 2023 the band is touring their brand new EP Dear Day Dear Darling.
