John Lake and his band dish out a delicious serving of modern jazz and poetry created by award-winning author of the best-selling Charlie Resnick series and top jazz pianist, John Harvey.A layer cake of jazz will be followed by a poetry 'jam' from John Harvey's published works -intermingling to form a mouth-watering combination. This session will focus particularly on Harvey's brand new collection of short fiction Going Down Slow.
