FCS and JFAV. FCS (Filipino Culture School) is a non-profit organization, based in Cerritos, California, which hosts a summer long program for children of all ages. They focus on culture through dance and music. JFAV (Justice for Filipino American Veterans) is the annual Veterans Day march in LA that brings awareness to the injustice done to the Filipino American veterans who fought in world war 2 and protests for full benefits and rights that were revoked from them back with the rescission act of 1946.
