Oxjam Edinburgh Takeover brings you some of Edinburgh's most exciting live acts at their inner-city music festival. Your ticket gives you complete access across four venues around Old Town and loads of acts from Edinburgh's music scene.Every single penny they raise goes to support Oxfam's Emergency Fund, which provides clean drinking water and sanitation to communities hit by disaster. Sapphire Notion Biography
Sapphire Notion: Jade Shields (vocal) and Chris Sheerin (guitar) have been writing and performing as an acoustic duo since early 2016. They are regular performers in Edinburgh's busy acoustic scene and have performed in this years Edinburgh fringe festival. They are currently recording their debut EP and recently featured live on Radio Saltire. Their new single 'nothing more ' is now released and played on black diamond fm. Their songs are honest and intimate with soul, rock and blues influences that draw inspiration from Jeff Buckley, Tracy Chapman and Stevie Nicks amongst others.
