David Ryan Music

Born and raised in Boston suburbs, David Ryan grew up playing on the drum line in Elementary, Middle, and High School bands before making a name for himself in the Boston Music Scene with local Rock and Metal acts. Although things didn't get rolling for him until he landed the drumming spot for Rock Icon Andy Pratt and not long after that was asked to fill the drumming role for Grand Ole Opry performer Colene Walters. It was Colene who inspired David to make the move to Nashville, TN where he immediately fell into Music CIty's lavish and prominent music community. Upon his arrival he landed a weekly showcase backing singer-songwriters who played on the Broadway strip, which ultimately lead to traveling gigs throughout the year of 2015. By the end of 2015 David started writing with Big Tent Publishing Artists and quickly realized after dealing with constant dead end gigs to embark on a new journey as a singer- songwriter. Recording a short catalog of songs that has become known as David Ryan: The EP, David Ryan is setting out on re-branding himself and reaching out to new audiences as he sets out on the road in support of his debut EP in 2016....
