I have seen this band a handful of times but last night was one of the best shows I have seen them play. Definitely see these guys while you have the chance.
A GREAT show from one of my favorite bands! They took a 10-15 min break an hour in without saying anything, so some people thought it was over and left. Same thing for the encore. 15 minutes is a long time to wait with the lights off and no idea if they’re coming back or not! Other than that though, great merch, a fun set and overall awesome time :)

Ralston Arena on a Wednesday night wasn’t the ideal setting for this, and the openers were just mediocre. You couldn’t hear the vocals barely at all over the rest of the band, and when Modest Mouse came on after 40+ min of mic checking, there was still feedback. However, they played a great show.

It was really great to see these indie icons, twelve years after the last time I saw them. They sounded great, and Isaac seemed like he was having fun. I'm also quite happy they didn't play "Float On", only because I don't want them to feel obligated to play their one minor hit at every show they do.

I literally stood 15 feet away from Issac Brock as he played. I shouted a few things and made eye contact once. Somewhere in his subconscious I exist because of these moments. For that I am happy.
