MILES is a parisian songwriter, swinging electric & acoustic guitar, piano and loops. After many years in the punk hardcore scene, MILES OLIVER reveals himself with dark family stories and lonely melodies. An alchemy between lo-fi rock, sad folk and poetry that makes you think about Bonnie Prince Billy, Sonic Youth and Troy Von Balthazar.
He played around 140 shows in France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Italy and Poland .
He shared stage with Shannon Wright, Troy Von Balthazar, Woods, King Dude, Be Forest, Fog Lake, Francois Virot ..
His first LP “Breathe” is out november 2014.
His second LP "I Miss Boredom" is out march 2016

MILES OLIVER est un songwriter parisien, alternant guitare électrique et acoustique, piano et boucles. Après plus d’une décennie de concerts punk hardcore dans diverses formations, MILES OLIVER exprime ses mélodies solitaires et ses sombres histoires de famille. Une alchimie lo-fi rock, sad folk et poésie faisant penser à Nick Drake, Sonic Youth and Troy Von Balthazar.
Il a joué environ 140 concerts en France, Belgique, Allemagne, Espagne, Suisse, République tchèque, Italie et Pologne.
Il a notamment partagé la scène avec Shannon Wright, Troy Von Balthazar, Woods, King Dude, Be Forest, Fog Lake, Francois Virot ..
Son premier album “Breathe” sort en novembre 2014.
Son deuxième album "I Miss Boredom" sort en mars 2016.
