Damaj

Damaj are a 4 piece Heavy Metal band hailing from Greenock, Scotland. After their inception, the band gigged extensively throughout Scotland in their first year in 2013, trying to hone and improve on their sound. When 2014 came around.the band continued to play around Scotland and build a solid reputation for their live performance and professionalism. In May 2015, Damaj would go on to take hold of some coveted gig slots. The first big step would be when the band headlined their first open air festival, the annual Feria Del Disco of Valladolid, Spain. As 2015 continued the band found themselves supporting bands like One machine (ex testament, savage messiah, vicious rumours and forbidden), Fury, Reign of fury and Tygers of pan tang across the country. Late 2015 would see a line up change by the band, bringing in Scott Macleod on Drums, The band however has not slowed down as they continued to gig into 2016. This year has seen them support the likes of ex Iron Maiden front man, Blaze Bayley as well as embarking on their own headline shows across Scotland resulting in great success. 2016 rounds itself out with the release of the bands debut release: The Wrath of The Tide EP Cutting edge, intelligent Heavy Metal from Scotland Contact: bmbandmanagement@gmail.com
