Esta es la historia de cinco tipos con una obsesión llamada Rhythm and Blues.
Todo empezó en Vitoria-Gasteiz el caliente verano de 1.988. Partiendo de cero y a base de trabajo y tesón se convirtieron durante los años 90 en una banda de referencia en cuanto a la música negra en este país.
Tras diez años de trabajo incesante, más de 300 bolos por toda España y parte de Europa, 3 LPs, varios singles y varios recopilatorios, la banda se separó en 1998.
En Marzo de 2013 volvieron a los escenarios por puro placer, y sin ninguna presión, ya que durante este tiempo desde su disolución fueron constantes las llamadas de los antiguos fans y de los nuevos aficionados a la música que han descubierto su legado cuando ya no era posible verles en directo.
Tras un par de años dando conciertos escogidos en festivales de referencia en el género como Mojo Working o Black is Back y en salas interesantes deciden que necesitan un nuevo disco para darle coherencia al proyecto. Así que en Febrero de 2016 y en un solo fin de semana registran en el estudio analógico Circo Perrotti de Gijón bajo la producción de Jorge Explosión el LP “Everything is Changing”, que se publicará en los próximos meses y que recoge todas las influencias de la banda; del Boogie con armónica de los 50 al Pub-Rock de finales de los 70, pasando por el Soul de los 60 y el Rhythm & Blues más cool. Una producción de lujo con sección de metales completa y un sonidazo como ellos se merecían.
Su reputación como banda de directo avasallador les ha llevado a hacer miles de kilómetros y a compartir escenarios a lo largo de su carrera con músicos de la talla de Wilko Johnson, Nine Below Zero, Barrence Withfield, Bill Thomas, Kenny Neal, Ian Dury, The Blues Brothers Band, Lazy Lester, Melvin Davis, Eli Paperboy Reed, Swamp Dogg y un larguísimo etcétera de bandas de diversos estilos. Cada uno de sus bolos es una auténtica fiesta con la marca de la casa, “Soulful Rhythm & Blues”.

This is the story of five guys with an obsession for Rhythm and Blues.
It all began in Vitoria in the hot summer of 1988. Starting from scratch and through much hard work and determination, the band became a benchmark for black music in Spain.
After ten years of tireless work, more than 300 gigs throughout Spain and Europe, three LPs, some singles and various compilation albums, the band separated in 1998.
In March 2013, they returned to the stage for pure pleasure and free from pressure, given that from the time of their breakup they received constant calls from both old fans and new enthusiasts for the music that discovered their legacy when it was not possible to see them live.
After some years giving concerts in well-known festivals of the genre such as Mojo Working and Black is Back, as well as playing some selected venues, they decide that a new album is needed to give coherence to the project. So, in February 2016, and in just one weekend, the LP Everything is Changing is recorded at the analogue studio
Circo Perotti in Gijon under the production of Jorge Explosion, to be released in the coming months. It incorporates all of the band's influences; from the harmonica Boogie of the 50s to late 70s pub-rock, passing through some 60s Soul and cool Rhythm & Blues. A lavish production with a complete wind section and a deservingly incredible sound.
Their reputation as an astounding live band has carried them over thousands of miles to stages shared with musicians of such calibre as Wilko Johnson, Nine Below Zero, Barrence Withfield, Bill Thomas, Kenny Neal, Ian Dury, The Blues Brothers Band, Lazy Lester, Melvin Davis, Eli Paperboy Reed, Swamp Dogg as well as a long list of bands of diverse styles. Each one of their gigs is an authentic “Soulful Rhythm and Blues” party.
