Vive l’happy hour ! Pink Martini reparaît sur scène avec un cocktail musical d’ambiances easy listening aux accents jazz rétro et latino version lounge. Comme son nom ne l’indique pas, ce collectif fondé par Thomas Lauderdale en 1994 est originaire de Portland aux Etats-Unis. Il puise son inspiration dans les comédies musicales de l’âge d’or d’Hollywood, et y ajoute un mélange de genres plus actuels, saupoudré de Nat King Cole, Carmen Miranda, de thèmes du cinéma de Bollywood ou de Pedro Almodovar, et de clins d’œil à la France. Ce concert exceptionnel permet de savourer les chansons de son tout dernier opus “Je dis oui !”, parmi lesquelles “Joli Garçon”, “Segundo” ou “Blue Moon”. Bien évidemment, les tubes plus anciens tel le fameux “Je ne veux pas travailler” ne sont pas oubliés. Prêts pour danser ? A Pink Martini, on ne peut que dire oui !

Simply delightful. Beautiful music. The band and China delivered their best. The venue is gorgeous and people were dancing throughout the show. What more could you ask for?!
