About this concert
Invloeden van blues en americana vormen de rode draad die door zijn nummers verweven zit. De muzikale roots van Fabian liggen bij de blues en hij laat zich inspireren door grootheden als Mississippi John Hurt, Muddy Waters, R.L. Burnside en vele anderen die de blues gevormd en gekneed hebben. Het werd dan ook tijd om een ode te brengen aan deze helden die hij schatwaardig is. Tijdens de Spittin Blues Tour speelt Fabian werk van hun en eigen werk wat daar op geïnspireerd is.

Fabian´s music achieved critical acclaim and won several prices in the blues scene. The fusion between modern pop music and pre war blues stood out. His music was introduced to a wider audience when he appeared on Dutch national television in 2013.
