Leo and The Maydays

Hannah Ruttle a.k.a Leo is a singer/songwriter based out of Freeville, NY. While only writing songs since 2013, Leo has always had a special talent for crafting infectious melodies and harmonies that draw the listener in and leave them wanting more. Lyrically, Leo is youthful and free-spirited while bringing a surprising sense of maturity to the table. Musically, Leo can seamlessly bridge the gap between intimate folk and catchy indie pop. A track like, “You Brought Me Home”, is reminiscent of an artist like Fleet Foxes with its acoustic instrumentation and haunting harmonies. “Peru” has a dancy, 80's vibe to it and invokes images of artists from that decade like The Cure or The Smiths.
