In a culture where it seems that everyone finds more of a connection to the inanimate objects around them than to each other, American singer/songwriter Damien Jurado sets out to change that.  With a goal of creating and celebrating a sense of community and connection, Damien Jurado will be embarking on what he calls, the "50 State Tour".  The goal is to bring together local merchants, residents, artists, musicians and fans to celebrate their community and the things that make them unique.  Spending much of his time going into the smaller towns/cities, Damien hopes to make his music more accessible.
