As Monterey’s premier reggae band, O.A.C., also known as One A-Chord, has wasted no time in spreading their fusion of Polynesian reggae vibe and Island-style sounds, rocking some of the major cities of the entire West Coast, including Las Vegas, Reno, Phoenix, Seattle. The band’s notoriety has brought them strong recognition, being called upon to perform at some of the bay’s largest events and venues, such as 2010 & 2011 Monterey Reggae Fest, 2012 & 2013 California Roots Festival, including an 18-city West Coast tour (On The Move Tour) with major recording artists, Maoli and Jordan T. in 2013 and 2015. In 2014, O.A.C. was blessed with supporting San Diego’s very own Tribal Theory in a West Coast tour. As seasoned musicians and vocalists, the high quality vibe of O.A.C. readily brings a soulful, r&b, and “rootsy” sound and presence to any event they perform, with a focus to always entertain and enlighten the crowds.
