Olga, a duo Los Angeles, makes a creepy-crawly kind of minimalist racket that dribbles over with Pain Teens-esque malice and Metalux scuzz. Local group Irrelephant features the acoustic guitar and harmonium work of Will Csorba and Jason Sheehy both mavens of a type of free-roots or out-Americana the likes of which John Fahey used to hustle.
