The Same Coin

Long time friends Adam and Joey have been playing music together for nearly ten years. Though geography was always an issue, when they found themselves in the same place at the same time the instruments came out and magic was made. After years of intermittent jams Adam and Joey both made their way to Bend, Oregon, and decided it was time to start a band.

Tyler and Kenny met just after high school in Salem, Oregon and found some solid sonic chemistry right away! Their musical brotherhood is rooted in rock - blues, metal, funk, psychedelic, and pretty much any/all combinations of any genre. The amps are usually cranked past 11 during jam sessions at Tyler and Kenny's home studio, which is where they met Adam and Joey. A collective love of music is where the foundation for The Same Coin was laid.

Each member comes from a unique and varied musical background resulting in a diverse sound and creative arrangements and covers. The Same Coin strives to play high energy live shows that leave crowds exhausted and wanting more. Whether playing the rock, funk, and jazz fusion classics they grew up listening to or playing their own original material, The Same Coin always bring the highest level of musicianship and artistry to the stage.
