S.I.N.siZZle Biography

S.I.N.siZZle is the 2014 winner of the King Of New England Hip Hop Competition. He was also named one of VIBE Magazine's top 51 up and coming internet artists in their November 2009 edition.

S.I.N. was born in Ghana, West Africa and emigrated to Harlem World, NY in 1993 and then the South Bronx. In 2001 he attended the University of Vermont where he excelled as a National Champion Debater.

In 2004 S.I.N. met Lee who hails from West Hartford CT at a battle in their adopted hometown of Burlington, VT. Before they knew it the two would be performing full length sets all over Burlington's live music scene. With a style that screamed "Gimme the mic, I'm Better", these two mixed intricate rhyme patterns with their own cocky swagger to give the audience a hell-of-a-show. In July of 2005 the two released thier debut CD "We Dropped It, You Cop It: The Mixtape Vol. 1." and moved over 2500 copies hand to hand. The duo followed that up with Medication: The Mixtape Vol. 2 in April of 2007, and the CD received rave reviews all over the nation. S.I.N. was also involved in other projects like the VT Union, the highly touted group headed by platinum producer/engineer Nastee & Dj A-dog (rest in peace).

In the fall of 2007, Lee moved to NYC to pursue his career goals and the S.I.N.siZZle solo career began. Later in 2007, he was featured on the VT Union's first release" VT Union - The Mixtape." After receiving a rousing welcome from fans, the crew followed up in 2008 with "VT Union: The Return" on which S.I.N. was featured on a track with Re-Up Gang artist and Clipse affiliate Ab-Liva of "Hot Damn" fame (the song features Pharrell of N.E.R.D.) Consisting of artists who always had ambitions for greater things, the crew soon went on to do different things, but not before giving fans one last masterpiece on 'The VT Union Is Dead", the group's final release in 2010.

S.I.N. continued to perform at local venues all across the east from New York to Maine. In 2011 he emigrated to Hartford, CT where he linked up with Herm and the Brotherhood™.Herm received s highly anticipated mixtape "Expect The Unexpected" which has received over 5K listens/shares/downloads, S.I.N. is poised to release his debut solo project entitled "Ghana To America - The Mixtape Vol.1.
