Now or Never was founded in 2012 by guitarist Ricky Marx (ex-Pretty Maids) and drummer Ranzo, to be joined soon after by singer Jo Amore (ex-Nightmare) and bass player Kenn Jackson (ex-Pretty Maids)

Now or Never recorded their debut album at the Peek Studio in the South of France produced by Pat Liotard.

The eponymous album was released worldwide on the Mausoleum Records Label early 2014.

In Fall 2015, Now or Never finished recording their second album was released worldwide on February 26th 2016 on Mighty Music label. The band used the same studio and producer as their first album.

A band of experienced musicians, both on the road in the studio, Now or Never perform epic anthems featuring bone crushing filthy riffs and memorable melodies delivered by a singer whose voice has been justificably described aas bloodcurding.
Members of Now or Never have played all around the world at the biggest festivals and venues like HellFest, Wacken, Roskilde, Skanderborg, Monsters of Rock in Germany & Spain and toured in most of the European countries, Japan, eastern Europe and USA as headliner or with major bands like Deep Purple, Alice Cooper, David Lee Roth and many others.
