Brian Hugh Warner better known by his stage name Marilyn Manson, is an American singer, songwriter, musician, composer, actor, painter, author and former music journalist. He is known for his controversial stage personality and image as the lead singer of the band Marilyn Manson, which he co-founded with Daisy Berkowitz and of which he remains the only constant member. His stage name was formed by juxtaposing the names of two opposing American pop cultural icons; actress Marilyn Monroe and cult leader Charles Manson. He is best known for his band`s records released in the 1990s, most notably Antichrist Superstar and Mechanical Animals, which, along with his public image, earned him a reputation in the mainstream media as a controversial figure and an allegedly negative influence on young people.[4][5] In the U.S. alone, three of the band`s albums have been awarded platinum and three more went gold, and the band has had eight releases debut in the top ten, including two number-one albums. Manson has been ranked number 44 in the Top 100 Heavy Metal Vocalists by Hit Parader, and has been nominated for four Grammy Awards.Manson made his film debut in 1997, as an actor in David Lynch`s Lost Highway. Since then he has appeared in a variety of minor roles and cameos. He was interviewed in Michael Moore`s political documentary Bowling for Columbine, discussing possible motivations for the 1999 Columbine massacre and allegations that his music was somehow a factor. On September 13–14, 2002, his first art show, The Golden Age of Grotesque, was held at the Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions center. Manson revealed a series of 20 paintings in 2010 entitled Genealogies of Pain, an exhibition showcased at Vienna`s Kunsthalle gallery,[6] which the artist collaborated on with David Lynch.

Manson's performance this time around was great, he wasn't inebriated like some of his past performances. It's a hit or miss seeing Manson live but this show in particular was superb. Sound and vocals were phenomenal as well as his stage setup. I can't say much for the venue, I actually disliked the Hard Rock Stadium. Too many people walking at all times around the stadium, first "opening" band had technical issues 1 1/2 songs in and we spent an hour doing nothing until Manson came on, staff had issues with 2 small spikes of my collar, no organization of merch table (which was flooded and frusterating), seating arrangement was a bit odd to get to your chair (there's like 3 entrances per section but you had to know which one to go to to get to your seat?). This particular date was supposed to have Rob Zombie with Manson but didn't bother showing up? So it was literally JUST a Manson concert, which is unusual since every concert has 3 bands playing. But nope, not this one... As a tour date and venue, this concert would be a 2/5 stars to be honest. But if I'm rating Manson alone, it was a good show and I'm satisfied.
I can't really Decide which part i loved more,i. a die hard manson fan. I loved his antichrist superstar entrance burning the bible. I loved every song he was so on point,he referenced Knoxville as well as Tennessee and have us all an unbelievable show! I saw two z of evil in Va beach this past July but what he gave us last night beat that performance. My favorite entry into a song was mobscene, said he could not sing it because the man lost his wife that day and was sad yet he sang it. His I tri into the beautiful people was my favorite, because he interacted with us all, getting the older guy to sing... he is amazing! Only wish I h ad been able to m&g. I love him

Best show of my lifetime! Marilyn Manson was incredible. I only wish he didn’t have to share the stage with Deadly Apples and Rob Zombie. 12 songs wasn’t enough! The venue was excellent. I loved being in the Pit and being close to the stage.

This was the best concert of my lifetime! My only complaint is I wish it was all Marilyn Manson and no Rob Zombie or Deadly Apples, then he could have played more than 12 songs. I loved being in the Pit. I hope he comes here again. Great venue and the Pit is the only way to see him. I got very close to the stage.

THIS WAS THE BEST SHOW IVE BEEN TO AND IVE BEEN TO MANY SHOWS! It was amazing and I miss it already :( They’re both super fun live and have amazing stage presence. I’m totally seeing either of them again when they both tour again.

The "meet&greet" was amazing. He was gracious, patient, and made sure that everyone was happy. I've never had the monetary availability to do this before and I'm certain that all others that I may do will fail in comparison. great show-great fans-awesome experience-i'm definitely a fan for life
