Bees?

Bees? is a highly engaging collaboration between five hardworking musicians. Our individual experiences in jazz, classical, rock, gospel and avant-garde music help us create an unparalleled sound world. We love using our music as a tool to communicate with each other and with our audiences, and have done so at venues including The Harpers Ferry Outdoor Festival (Harpers Ferry, WV), Blue Fox Bar & Grill (Winchester, VA), Valley Cat Studios (Winchester, VA), Lucky Star Lounge (Front Royal, VA), Bushwik Public House (Brooklyn, NY), Peace Café (Southington, CT), Luray Festival of Spring (Luray, VA) and Valley Fusion Festival (Winchester, VA). Our premiere EP, Buzzkill, was recorded at Cellar Recording Studio in Winchester, and released in February 2016.

We are currently a five-piece ensemble, featuring Natalie Ahearn (vocals, keyboard, synthesizer, key-bass), Bronsen Euard (vocals, electric bass, electric guitar), Andy Herring, (tenor and baritone saxophones), Nick Serbu (trumpet, flügelhorn) and Chace Washington (drum set). Every song is truly a unique sonic experience, ripe with influence from all corners of the American popular idiom.
