Full Void Biography

Full Void started as three friends jamming together and connecting through music. Nick and Nate had been jamming together for a while in several groups when Alex was incorporated. The name Full Void was applied shortly before a gig they got playing the dining hall at Brown University in spring 2009. It wasn't long before they got their first venue gig playing at the former Wheelhouse in Narragansett. They continue to play in the Providence/Narragansett/RI area as well with shows at the local venues with quite a few die hard fans. They pride themselves on connecting with fans and realize that without people to appreciate their music and what they do, there is really no reason to do it. In early 2011, Full Void would undergo a lineup change on bass picking up Matt Hanson to fill the shoes of Alex Costa who played for Full Void for two years previous. Matt Hanson proved a better fit to the direction the band was going in and continues to be a force to be reckoned with on bass. Matt and Nate proved to have a lot more natural musical chemistry which allowed Full Void to go in a more powerful direction. After the release of the EP Pink Lemonade with Paper Robot Studios in early winter 2011, Full Void plans on releasing a second EP early 2012 again with Paper Robot Studios currently under the working name "Take Two". The album will feature mostly completely new material with some reworked older songs, and will show Full Void and Nick Sidla's fuller musical potential realizing multiple guitar tracks, symphonic orchestration, and a whole lot more. Spring 2012 bassist Matt Hanson would leave Full Void, leaving Full Void once again in the hands of Nick and Nate, looking for a new bassist. In the Fall of 2014, through a series of Batman themed videos, Full Void revealed long-time fan Jeff Misky is actually the new bassist. http://fullvoid.bandcamp.com http://fullvoidmusic.com https://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/full-void/id543398888
