The Pecan Band Biography
The Pecan Band is a band of students mostly consisting of musicians from Richard Bland College of William & Mary. The band was formed in the Fall of 2016 at the request of students who wanted to put their musical gifts to use, and by request of the athletics department. The band is run and managed by Celie Brockway-Macchia (Instructor of Music) and Michael Polk Sr. (U.S. Army Band Retired).
