Tammela/SmallHausen

Tammela – has been playing music for nearly 17 years and 7 years of it he has dedicated it to House music. He has helped to develop and understand this genre and culture. By playing music in different Estonian nightclubs and events, he has learned how to feel the audience and satisfy their taste in music. Tammela was brought into House music world through one of the members of Swedish House Mafia called Axwell, Ever since he heard his style; he found his passion towards House music. Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso, Steve Angello, Fedde Le Grand, Sandy Rivera, Defected In The House, Hed Kandi, Groove Section, Kyka, Chris Mil, Nic Von Tribe, Hitchcock, Ricky Inch, ROTD, Widenski and many Estonian house music talents have had the biggest influence on Tammela.

Thanks to the love towards house music, Tammela recorded his first mix tape called “Doonor”. Its purpose was to inject the energy of house music into listeners’ minds. After recording few more mix tapes, Tammela was offered a resident DJ spot at the radio show called “Active Attack”, where he showed off the best tracks of the month. In 2007 Tammela launched his own event called “MixDown”, which brought people closer to the house music. Tammelas’ moto is “Love towards music is the same as music in your heart”.

In 2008 Tammela launched another event called Express Yourself. It brings all the DJs together who are willing to express their love towards music to all the audience and house music lovers. Tammela would never miss out on his event, he prefers to be there and share his spirit with his audience and that is exactly what makes this event special and successful.

Tammela also has taken to support a lot of Estonian DJ and producers music his own radio show Express Yourself. Four years in a row his put together the best of mix tapes and only Estonian music and this makes him only Estonian DJ who put together this mix tapes.
