Brandon Wheeler

South Georgia native Brandon Wheeler got his first taste of music the way most country artists do, in church. Later, voices the likes of Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks, and George Strait captivated Brandon. Shaping not only his love of music but what would become the unique blend of classic, outlaw, and modern country style that is Brandon Wheeler.


After teaching himself guitar and cutting his teeth playing local acoustic shows Brandon began recording his first album in Nashville,TN with five time Grammy nominated producer, and President of Nashville Music Group, Denny Knight. The title track, “Cruise Control”, was released in spring of 2013. An EP came later that summer and featured 5 original compositions from Brandon.


That same year Brandon’s track “Ole Biggun” garnered him a partnership with hunting enthusiast show Above The Game. The song gave Brandon his television debut as the show’s introduction.


Brandon put together a band consisting of Dean Bennett, Ronnie Streetman, Greg Streetman, Preston Streetman, and Brandon Wheeler.The band later separated in the fall of 2017. Brandon continued to play solo acousitc shows while in search for new band members. Amid booking festivals, clubs and private events around the southeast Brandon frequently plays the legendary Douglas Corner Cafe in Nashville and was a semifinalist in the Georgia County Music Awards and a finalist in the Georgia Music Awards.


Brandon Wheeler is currently writing and gathering material for a second studio album.
