Marcus Hamblett Biography
Marcus Hamblett is a musician and producer based in Brighton, UK.
He has spent the last few years touring with the likes of Laura Marling and Willy Mason across Europe, Australia, North and South America and Asia including gigs at Sydney Opera House, the Royal Albert Hall and Glastonbury’s Pyramid Stage.
He also plays regularly with his bands Sons of Noel and Adrian, Eyes & No Eyes, The Mariner’s Children and Emma Gatrill as well as being a regular collaborator with Woodpecker Wooliams, Peggy Sue, Rachael Dadd, Rozi Plain, Alessi’s Ark and Kristin McClement.
He’s also been lucky enough to play with Broken Social Scene at Glastonbury, The Great Escape and on a UK tour, and with Can vocalist Damo Suzuki on several shows.
He is primarily a guitarist and bass player, but his studio credits also include various brass instruments, synthesizers, drums, vibraphone, double bass and more. Check the www.marcushamblett.co.uk for more information.
