sperwer Biography
sperwer is a band hailing from Kortrijk, Belgium.
The band got together in 2014 during therecording of their first EP, were immediately handpicked onto 22tracks with their first track ‘Regen’, and built up an impressive live reputation in the following years. They performed at well-respected Belgian festivals such as Boomtown and Vama Veche, and even got the chance to support the Parisian band ALB in France.
sperwer plays indie shoegazepop, drenched in lots of reverb. Their sound is praised inBelgian music magazines such as daMusic and RifRaf.
Dark synthesizers and pounding drums collide with ethereal vocals and lightheaded guitar riffs.
