2-B started off as one of the original members of the Villebillies who in 2006 released their first album on Universal/ Motown. Members in the group all remained good friends but found themselves going in different directions around 2009. In 2011 2-B and AC met and discussed possibly doing something music wise but nothing ever panned out. Fast forward to July 2013 AC was in the studio with Tantric frontman Hugo Ferreira working on his solo project when Hugo received a call from 2-B wanting to know when he could record. Hugo said "I'm working with an artist now named AC so not tonight!" 2-B said put AC on the damn phone. AC told 2-B to come on over and put down a verse on a track called "Fortune Cookie" and as the saying goes....the rest is history!! Their unique sound and how their tones blended was magical. Hugo said you two need to form a team and put an album together. After many attempts to come up with a name for the group, the fellas were in the studio one night recording and a couple of visitors stopped by at different times and after letting them hear the new music both said the exact same thing... this shit KNOCKS!!!
