Butterknife is a Massachusetts-based rock band. Guitar, bass, drums. We play loud but make room for melody and open space. We like songs with choruses and bridges. We don't really like guitar solos except for when we do. We love when our songs make people dance. Our first CD "onetworeadygo." was released on June 17th, 2010. Our second release is called "Do the Needful" and came out in 2012. Our third release "Attractions" will be released November 16 2013. You can listen to all our stuff at butterknife.bandcamp.com. We play shows in the Boston area and occasionally even further away. You should come.
