NYC-scene veterans of 16+ years, sharing the stage with everyone from Bad Brains to Battles to Cro-Mags to El-P, released their self-titled debut record in the fall of 2013. SYFFAL said at the time it's "the album Activator fans have been waiting for since they dropped their EP all those years ago on Def Jux. Rooted in the soul of late-80s crossover thrash with a sprinkle of NYHC and Iron Maiden; the shit squiggles all sorts of beauty and sheer terror. The guys are currently working on new material for a 2024 release.
