Howlin' King Crawdad

Howlin’ King Crawdad began in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1992 after a raucous trip to New Orleans where George Lehrfeld first experienced Zydeco Music and realized that a keyboardist could actually lead a band. After playing all over Northern California at venues ranging from local dives to well established clubs and twice playing the Isleton Crawdad Festival on the Sacramento River Delta he moved to Las Vegas in 2010 and soon reformed the band with local players. Howlin’ King Crawdad performs a Twisted and Humorous style of Zydeco emphasizing Original Material and Unusual Behavior!
