Derek Alan Band

Derek Alan Band is country music group from Independence, Kentucky. Our set-list includes some of the most popular songs currently on the country charts and also some of the great classics. We have some extremely talented musicians in our band. Our lead singer, Derek Alan, has a passion for country music. He loves the energy and adrenaline he feels when he's on stage and looks forward to each and every show. Matt Carpenter, our bass player and back-up vocalist, bring his raw talent to the band. His excitement for what he does carries over to the stage. Our lead guitarist, Fred Mocahbee, he has a style all his own. His talent goes beyond country music, as he can play just about anything that comes his way. His lead riffs will leave you speechless. Matt Wethington, our drummer, is the anchor of the band. He excels at many different genres and helps keep the band sounding its best. Our goal is to make sure everyone is having as much fun as we are. We truly have some dedicated and awesome fans that we see at almost all of our shows and enjoy meeting new fans at every event.
