DJ YOYO BIODATA
CHINA
Since 2006 in CHINA – Beijing, Yoandrys self-taught himself being into a DJ due his passion for live music and started to take his first steps towards it. Soon after that due to his popularity, he became the main DJ at Salsa Caribe Club in Beijing.
Also in Beijing on the 12th of June 2009, he was the DJ in an event called Latin Beach Party for Clubzone, CN and on the 15th of May, in another event called Brazilian Night Party.
Yoandrys was also the main DJ in the opening of Club Mango in Beijing in 2011, in which the music repertoire included his first gigs spinning Trance, Techno, Electro, Latin House, R & B and Afro-jack, including all the beautiful music from Latin America.
MALAYSIA
On the 3rd of November 2012, Yoandrys was invited by the Latin Ladies Association of Malaysia (LLAM) to perform his wonderful dance numbers as the opening and also to be the guest DJ of the event “V Latin American Charity Ball”. After that, on the 27th November he was the DJ for an event called “You should speak Kazakha”, with Lunar Bar in Kuala Lumpur with other celebrities’ guest from Kazakhstan.
In 2013 on the 15th of January he was a guest DJ at the Water Place together with other local Hip Hop and Latin music DJ’s. Right after that on the 16th January at the “Cuban National Day”, he was performing with the live band and spinning for whole event at Best Western Premier at Dua Sentral Hotel, KL. Recently on 4th of May, he was a guest DJ at Skybar for the Latin Night called as Cinco De Mayo.
7th September 2013, he involved in organising the event of Tropicaribe at Luna Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Besides involved in the dance performing with the Ritmo Latino Team, he also as the main Latin DJ with other local Latin DJs.
Since Dec’12 until Oct’13, he also as the guest DJ at Modesto's Cap Square & Modesto’s Jalan P. Ramlee for "Salsa Caliente" that is held on every Saturday; The Venue, Pavilion and Bakita at Changkat for "SALSA with Style" event, which is held every Sunday.
16th November 2013, he was involved as the event DJ for the Latin Ladies Association of Malaysia Charity Night.
In 2014, on the 4th of April, he was involved in the Ritmo Latino Salsa Redang Trip as the whole event DJ.
On 30th May 2014, he was the event DJ of the FIFA World Cup 2014 Charity Spring Party at Samba Brazillian Steakhouse, Avenue K, Kuala Lumpur organised by the Latin Ladies Association of Malaysia. Later on 12th June 2014, he was invited to Chill – Skybar in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for the FIFA World Cup Latin Party.
During 15th – 16th June 2014, he was invited to work as a DJ at Jammin, Via Pre, Penang for Salsa Night and Masquerade Latin Night Party.
On 7th September 2014, he was involved as an event DJ of the Brazil Independence Day Celebration at Samba Brazillian Steakhouse, Avenue K, Kuala Lumpur.
On 11th October 2014, he was invited as the event DJ for the VII Latin American Charity Ball “Carnaval” at Hilton Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, which organised by the Latin Ladies Association of Malaysia.
Previously, he was involved as a guest DJ in the Salsa Rayo Night that is happening on every Friday Night at Chandelier, Petaling Jaya. Now, he is the DJ who organises the Salsa de Calle Night at Zero 11 Club, Mont Kiara Kuala Lumpur on every Friday night.
Since 2015, he is contracted to be DJ for Ladies’ Night on evert Wednesday at SkyBar Kuala Lumpur.
With the aim of spreading his culture with a special modern twist, Yoandrys is also offering his expertise as a DJ for any event or occasion.
