Osmik

Since the age of 16 Osmik has been passionate about music, creating with friends his own remixes with a turntable and a cassette recorder. Discovering the free party scene in 1995, he found in this movement a new musical inspiration and one year later began to mix records in earnest. Organizing his own parties by 1997, Osmik would go on to play at various teknivals and parties with the MSP Soundsystem. With a desire to create his own music, Osmik began producing in 2000, releasing in 2004 his debut EP for Prototype Records. The move would effectively open the floodgates and lead to over twenty releases including singles for renowned labels such as Le Diable Au Corps (Dark Rabbit, Frogger, Wanted Area...), Humungus Records (Ltd01, Ltd02 and 12), Undergroundtekno (Access Violation 05) or Audiogenic (R909 44). In 2013 he released a live CD (Machine Man) with Undergroundtekno and in 2014 an album (Alienation) with Audiogenic. Developing a love for live performance on top of his rugged, dynamic hardfloor DJ style, Osmik has been igniting dancefloors in France and abroad ever since. He played in a lot of famous parties like "Electromind" (Montpellier), "Karnage" (Toulouse), "Montagood" (Spain), X-Massacre (Czech Republic), Audiogenic Tour (France) to name a few. _______________________________________________________________________________ C'est en 1995 qu'il découvre les free party, il tombera radicalement amoureux de se mouvement et style musical. Un an plus tard, il commence à mixer. En 1997 il organise sa première free party. Il rencontrera par la suite le sound system MSP avec lequel il mixera dans diverses fêtes et teknival. Producteur depuis 2000, il enchaîne alors pas loin d’une vingtaine de maxis sur des labels de renom tel que Le Diable Au Corps (Dark Rabbit, Frogger, Wanted Area...) Humungus Records (Ltd01, Ltd02 and 12), Undegroundtekno (Access Violation 05), Audiogenic (R909 44). En 2013 il sort un cd live (Machine Man) avec Undergroundtekno et en 2014 un album cd (Alienation) avec Audiogenic. Osmik s'exprime et s'épanouit totalement en live avec son set dynamique et rigoureux, c'est ainsi qu'on a pu le retrouver au festival "Electromind" 2007 et 2008 (Montpellier), à la soirée "Karnage" (Toulouse), au festival "Montagood" (Espagne), à la X-Massacre (République Tchèque) et en club partout en Europe.
