Hip-hop/contemporary dance crew Chicago Dance Crash brings its 2016 season to a fun 'n' fabulously silly close with "And Now for the Dancing Pants!", a night of high-energy dance works inspired by the writings of legendary Chicago writer Shel Silverstein. Great for dance fans of all ages, "And Now for the Dancing Pants!" shows off the talents of six choreographers and seven performers, who'll be bringing their streetwise rhythms and original moves to new recordings of some of Silverstein's most beloved children's poems from "Where the Sidewalk Ends", "A Light in the Attic" and beyond -- narrated by local rapper Al Tamper and featuring a live introduction by local emcee Mr. Mattrick Swayze. The all-ages fun goes down at The Ruth Page Center for the Arts in Chicago.
