The Dukes of Hazzard was an American television series that aired on CBS from 1979 to 1985 and featured race cars and country music in a back roads setting in Hazzard County, Georgia. The show aired for a total of 147 episodes with an an average of over 20 million viewers per episode. We are taking everyone back to Hazzard County for this unique event on December 3 at Adams Motorsports Park in Riverside, CA. This event features All PRO NFL player and country music star Kyle Turley performing live, along with special guests Redneck Rodeo Texas Runaway, Shotgun Jefferson and Kylie Jordan while race cars rip around the track at high speeds.

The event is all ages with doors at 3pm and will have THE BOARS NEST (beer garden & bbq), CRAZY COOTERS GARAGE (Adams Pro Shop), and maybe even BOSS HOGGS White Cadillac. We will have all kinds of fun games such as horse shoes, corn hole and activities such as being able to ride along in a race car or renting a go kart. We will also have a booth set up for people to learn about Grid Iron Greats and will be able to donate to their cause. Go to the Facebook event “Country Music and Race Cars Live at Adams” for more info. For info on how to register your race car in the event go to

Many NFL players who helped build, shape, and mold the NFL into what it is today, are paying the price physically, mentally, and emotionally from their on-the-field efforts as an NFL player. And some retired players, who played in past NFL eras, have not benefited from some of the benefits and pensions of the modern era. Hence, they lack adequate disability, rehabilitation, health insurance and retirement programs to allow for, and maintain a quality of life and financial security for themselves and their families. Today, as a retired NFL player, many players find themselves with physical limitations, medical issues or other hardships. Many older retired players are unable and cannot cover the medical and other expenses needed for the treatment of the effects of their football related injuries. They are faced with insurmountable costs and nowhere to go. The board of directors includes Mike Ditka, Gale Sayers, Kyle Turley and Marv Levy. Go to for more info.
