Rob Macson

Over the years Rob Macson has grown into a leader in the Electronic Dance music scene in Zimbabwe, both as an artist and a DJ. Being regularly booked throughout the country. His high energy stage presence and style of music have seen him constantly pushing boundaries & blending genres in both his production and DJing styles. Rob has played to thousands of people at various festivals and events spanning across different countries and continents. Having shared the stage with the likes of: Hardwell, Kryder, Tom Staar, Lucky Charmes, Bougenvilla, My Digital Enemy, Billy Kenny, Alex Kenji, Yolanda Be Cool, Locnville, Pascal & Pearce, Higher Self, Chunda Munki, Ricardo Da Costa, Mark Stent, Kyle Cassim, Dean Fuel, Royal K, Lady Lea and various other top South African DJ’s. Festivals which Rob has been a part of include Neverland, Electric Arena, AMPED Festival(Windhoek), Vic Falls Carnival, Kariba Fest, Falls Fest, HIFA, Miombo Festival, Zimbabwe Colour Run and many more. Whilst in London, he played at the likes of Ministry of Sound, Lightbox, Fire, Gigalum and more. Rob’s drive to release music of an international standard and fuse genres will finally be apparent in 2017 as he has vast amounts of new music and remixes lined up for release.
