REGISTRATION
Registration for OPERA America’s New Works Forum is limited to 100 participants; spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendance is limited to two representatives per organization. To request an exception to this policy, please contact Noah Stern Weber at NSWeber@operaamerica.org. The registration form must be completed no later than Friday, December 16, 2016.

MEAL AND TICKET FEE
While there is no registration charge for the New Works Forum, each registrant is required to pay a fee that will cover the cost of meals and tickets to four performances, including Anatomy Theater (PROTOTYPE, 1/11), When Adonis Calls (operamission, 1/12), The Life and Death(s) of Alan Turing (American Lyric Theater, 1/12) and the New Opera Showcase performance. Hosted meals include a welcome reception on Wednesday, January 11, and dinner prior to the New Opera Showcase on January 13th.

LODGING
OPERA America members are eligible to receive a discounted rate of $129 per night (plus taxes and fees) at the Hilton Garden Inn on 29th Street (half a block from the National Opera Center). Rate: $129 per night with check-in no earlier than Jan 11 and checkout no later than Jan 15.

TRAVEL SUBSIDY
OPERA America Company members who are based in the U.S., are in good standing and live more than 150 miles from New York City may request a travel subsidy of up to 50% of travel and lodging expenses, not to exceed a total of $500 per person. No more than two stipends will be awarded per company. Stipends will be awarded in the order in which requests are received until funds allocated for the Forum are expended. Payment will be made after the conclusion of the Forum and upon receipt of documentation of expenses and a one-page summary report of the salient points of learning.
Receipts and reports must be received by March 6, 2017.
