Before the Fall

BIOGRAPHY “Before The Fall” was founded in 2005 by Michael Kronstorfer and Rudolf Obermann. Yet in the same year they signed at the Austrian Record Company “Noisehead Records” and released their first album “From Mutism to Riddance” which caused a phenomenal response not only in the local Metal/Hardcore scene but also in the international media. In 2007 “Before The Fall” joined europes biggest Newcomer Band Award “ILA – International Live Award” with more than 1000 participants and reached the striking 2nd place which was the beginning of an international career. So “Before The Fall” signed at the german record company “Twilight Zone Records” and re-released their Debutalbum worldwide. In October 2007 “Before The Fall” supported the legendary Death Metal Band “Gorefest” on a great european tour and played 25 shows in Netherland, Spain, Italy, Austria, Germany, Hungary, Slovenia and Czech Republic. Further the band shared the stages with acts like Sepultura, Obituary, Heaven Shall Burn, Hatesphere, Maroon, Aborted etc. and could prove that “Before The Fall” is a warrantor for a kick ass live performance! The quality of the band also caused an appearance in the trailers for the “Red Bull X-Fighters” and the “Red Bull Air Race”. In 2010 “Before The Fall” recorded their upcoming album “Antibody” which was mixed and mastered by one of the best producers in the metal scene, Tue Madsen (The Haunted, Sick Of It All, Heaven Shall Burn, Mnemic, Born From Pain…) After various changes in line-up, the band rises again...
