Waxlimbs Biography
Waxlimbs (Toronto, Canada) – What started in 2010 as the solo project of songwriter/producer Lex Feathers, eventually evolved into a whirlwind collaboration with Paul Geldart on drums and synths, Will Jarvis on guitar and vocals and Olivia Cox on keys and vocals.
Their music shifts between ghostly ballads and noise rock elements, all with a healthy dose of pop sensibility.
Known for their explosive live show, theatrical masks and lights, their newest release is a shimmering cauldron of alt rock focusing on losing yourself in the catharsis of sex, death, and a loss of identity. With its grinding guitars, glistening strings and raw vocals, it is the unmaking of a person in a song.
