Ange Hardy & Lukas Drinkwater are two of this generation's most sought-after performers.

Ange has racked up countless awards for her song writing and live performances including a nomination at the 2015 BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards, three consecutive FATEA Magazine award wins: "Female Vocalist of the Year (2013)", "Album of the Year (2014)" and "The Tradition Award (2015)". Ange's last two studio albums - both featuring Lukas Drinkwater on double bass and backing vocals - appeared in The Telegraph's Best Folk Albums lists for 2014 and 2015.

Ange and Lukas formed as a duo for the 14-night tour that accompanied the multi-award winning "Esteesee", an album of original music based on the life and work of the 18th century poet Samuel Taylor Coleridge. That album, written and produced by Ange, also featured Steve Knightley, Patsy Reid and Archie Churchill-Moss amongst its cast of 11 top folk musicians.

Ange and Lukas's 2016 studio album 'Findings' features songs which draw heavily from the folk tradition and broadly focus on the themes of family, migration and local trades. "Findings" are the parts used to join jewellery components together to create something beautiful. This new album is about bringing together two musicians to create something even greater than the sum of their parts. The success of the pairing was recognised in January 2017 when the partnership won FATEA's acclaimed Duo Of The Year Award for 2016.

Launched on BBC Radio 2 on 14 September 'Findings' has been receiving plaudits from all quarters since and in January 2017 it won Laurel Canyon's 2016 Album Of The Year Award.

Mike Harding has referred to Ange as "one of the most interesting, powerful and talented singers and songwriters ... of recent years" and her 2016 gigs with Lukas have served to cement their position as two of the current folk scene's greatest performers.

Don't miss this very rare opportunity to experience the magical combined talents of Ange and Lukas up close in an intimate setting.
