There are two ways that we can approach advanced asanas such as Handstand and Arm Balance Transitions: Technique and Strength. In this workshop, we will address the strength component by breaking down the movements necessary to accomplish these poses. We'll take them off the mat, against the wall, on top of blocks, with socks on and with our eyes closed. Expect to sweat, push yourself into new frontiers of strength and figure out ways to unlock new potential in your asana practice.
