Sheryl Sheinafia

Sheryl Sheinafia Tjokro (born December 4, 1996), is an Indonesian singer-songwriter and actress. She is the youngest of 5 siblings. The first musical instrument she studied at the age of 5 years to 11 years was the piano. Interested to learn guitar as she saw guards around the home environment often play guitar. With videos on YouTube, Sheryl learned guitar playing techniques from international and local artists. Sheryl was very inspired by the game Guitar Technique, John Mayer. Her ability to play guitar and write songs, interested Acin, Owner of Musica Studios to sign her when she was 14 years old.The first single was released in 2012. The song was the result of her creation and arrangement aided by Irwan simanjuntak. The second single, entitled Sense of Silence also is her creation and launched in February 2013. For Sense of Silence, Sheryl was assisted by David Kurnia Albert, keyboard player of Noah. In 2015, she released a new single called "Ku Tunggu Kau Putus".
