Combining elements of melodic death and traditional metal, formidable vocals, intense guitar riffs and epic harmonies define this brutal act from Melbourne, Australia. Lyrically, Ætherial explores the darkest recesses of the soul; exposing what is lurking behind the false reality of everyday life. The stark look beyond the restraints of social and cultural boundaries examine forces surrounding and influencing the human condition. Ætherial completed their 12-track debut album “The Still Waters of Oblivion"; over a two year period and was recorded, mixed, and mastered in Melbourne at Everland Productions by Oresti Salter. Artwork was done by Patrick Wittstock in Germany. In July 2016, the band signed a world wide management deal with US-based Extreme Management Group; home of heavyweights, Suffocation, Cattle Decapitation, Cryptopsy, Origin and fellow Australians King Parrot. This partnership is poised to bring their soul capturing strain of Melodic Death across the world. Aetherial recently signed with Adelaide based record label Truth Inc Records and US based Imminence Records for the release of The Still Waters Of Oblivion on November 10 2017.
