Madness Blooms Biography
Madness Blooms is an indie duo hovering at the intersection of folk, pop, and rock. Their unique, memorable sound blends lush vocal harmonies with full-voiced acoustic tracks and electronic beats; rich, strong bass supports it all. The group had its origins in a recurring open mic night that Bradford King used to run in a bookstore. Meghan Sinoff, pathological bibliophile, came for the books, but stayed (and returned again and again) for the music. Often one of them would jump in to sing harmony while the other was performing. From the bliss of their joined voices, and in mutual admiration of each other’s songwriting, they formed Madness Blooms. A kind of bliss, a kind of madness: rich, strange tunes steeped in lush vocal harmonies.
