The Sherrie Phillips Band

Sherrie Phillips was raised in Northern California by a single mom whom she credits for the gift of music. “Mom had a beautiful voice and I would often sing with her and we would harmonize", she says. At the crossroad of alternative rock and R&B soul, her voice emotes a raw quality of expressive emotion, echoing an essence of vocal icons like Steven Tyler, Janis Joplin, Beth Hart and P!nk. She has toured with Three Dog Night, Pat Benatar, Train, Eddie Money, No Doubt and Big Kenny. She moved to Nashville as the lead singer of Hangman's Daughter and when the band split up, she began a solo career. Recently she moved back to California and continues to book shows in Nashville.
