Spindrift-Central Texas Tribute to Rush

Spindrift is a Central Texas based Rush Tribute Band whose members hale from Austin and San Antonio. Spindrift was formerly known as Vanispheres and before that, Signals, with the one constant member being Sean Behrens. After Michael Hutton subbed on some Vanispheres gigs it became readily apparent that he would be the one taking over the bass duties. The addition of Robert Weathers on drums made everyone realize that a name change was in order. Michael Hutton had originally come from a Rush tribute act in the D.C. area called Blame Canada. Robert had previously played with San Antonio's Exit...Stage Left.
